Would you spend $500 to have your grout and tile professionally steam cleaned? More? Less?

I recently started a Grout & Tile Steam Cleaning company called SurfaceLift™ and am curious what homeowners would be willing to pay to have their grout and tile professionally cleaned.

So far, the average price has been around $500 for a bathroom.
We actually steam clean grout and tile with a commercial-grade steam cleaner made specifically for grout and tile. This thing is amazing. It cleans and restores grout using high-pressure, high-temperature steam without harsh chemicals.

One thing that makes us different is that we do not paint grout lines. Many companies clean the grout and then paint over it. I personally am not a fan of that approach, especially in wet areas.

Our goal is to clean and restore the existing grout whenever possible. In many cases, we can get it 95% clean using steam alone by removing embedded dirt and contaminants rather than covering them up.
