One of the biggest misconceptions about maternity photos is that you need a golden field and a flowing dress for them to be beautiful.⁣

Winter newborn sessions are some of my absolute favorites 🤍

Let’s normalize 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 during family sessions. Running, tickles, cuddles, holding hands, tossing leaves—The more 𝙛𝙪𝙣 you have, the more 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 the photos become. 🤍

What I’d tell the mom scrolling, wondering if family photos are worth it….

They’ll never be this little again. The way they reach for your hand, the way their laugh sounds, how they still fit perfectly in your arms — it all changes faster than you think.
Photos can’t stop time from passing, but they can help you hold onto these seasons even when they’re over 🤍
