Mother Strong Tail.
Mother Strong Tail is a 10-foot-tall,,, giant wooden troll sculpture created by Danish artist Thomas Dambo located at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, NC. Installed in late 2025 as part of a public art installation, she is famously known for her,, 645-foot-long tail, crafted from, repurposed bourbon barrels which is the only part of the sculpture that visitors are allowed to climb.
When you follow the tail through the forest the tip of her tail is held up by her son Dix at the forest edge.
The last picture is to put the size of these Trolls into perspective.
