For so long, I thought joy had to be earned. That I had to hit a milestone, a number, a size, a goal. But the more I learn to Love Me Louder, the more I realize joy is already here. It’s in the tiny moments I kept rushing past.

In Section 4 of Love You Louder I discuss how joy is in the eye of the beholder and it’s time we stop waiting to be happy. Even in hard times, it’s imperative to CHOOSE to feel joy, because you never know what blessings are waiting for you.
