Not going to lie —

My “summer relaxation” mindset has me in a strong chokehold 🫠

Between vacationing + taking weeks off to celebrate our anniversary, I’ve literally hit “summer sluggish” mode 🐌

BUT nothing like looking at my fall calendar to shake things up 🙃

A FEW UPDATES ABOUT MY FALL AVAILABILITY ⬇️

✨ I’ve emailed all September booking proposals! Be sure to complete your booking before it expires to hold your preferred date.

✨ November booking proposals are slowly being pushed out. I’ll be all caught up by the end of this week

I’ll be posting my available fall dates over in Stories soon! That seemed to work pretty well over the last few years.

I’ve got another lil’ update coming down the pipeline soon 👀 but for now… HI FRIENDS 👋🏾 it’s good to (slowly) get back into routine!

WELL I feel like I'm about 100 sessions behind in sharing 🙃 I've been staying busy working on the website re(launch), editing galleries, getting print orders in, "dating" my husband.. so posting has taken a back seat to that.

But now the site is finished (check it out, btw) and I have so much fun to share — like Ashley's 30th Birthday Session!!! 🍾🥳

Cousin love ✨

As someone who comes from a large family, I know just how special relationships with a cousin, aunt, uncle, or grandparent can be!

Growing up, my cousins were my best friends.
My aunt was like a bonus older sibling.
And my grandparents planned something fun for us almost every other weekend.

So, as I see more families scheduling a session with their extended loved ones, it just warms my heart.

The photos I’ll always cherish are those with each person in my life pieced together 🤎

I LOVED how prepared Aisha came! She knew exactly where she wanted to be photographed ✨ these campus spots (in some way) were true to her journey at NC State ❤️

Meet Dante & Taylor — they are tying the knot this year 🤎

The two wanted to do an engagement session to have photographs for their save the date cards, which we created and ordered directly through their gallery! Thank you both for letting me celebrate with you.

Fun fact: Taylor went to school with my sister, her husband, my husband, and me 😳 what a small world!
