This is why we do it.

I don’t remember much from my childhood. I don’t know if it’s some sort of internal defense mechanism or if I just truly have a bad memory. One thing is certain; I’m going to do everything I can to make sure he has all the best memories. Thankfully, I’m not alone in that endeavor.

And I’ll always be there to document it.

The other day I shared my two most purchased prints. Today I’m sharing a photo that I’m surprised has not sold a single print.

I captured this in Manhattan the last time I was there. People always stop to take a look and try to guess how i created it. People never believe that it isn’t a double exposure. It is by far my most talked about photo when people stop at my table at markets, that’s for sure.
