BANANA CAKE WITH BUTTERCREAM FROSTING 🍌

CAKE:
- Ripe bananas (3)
- All-purpose flour (2 cups)
- Sugar (1½ cups)
- Butter (½ cup)
- Eggs (2)
- Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
- Baking soda (1 tsp)
- Sour cream (½ cup)
- Salt (½ tsp)

BUTTERCREAM:
- Powdered sugar (2 cups)
- Butter (½ cup)
- Heavy cream (2 tbsp)
- Vanilla (½ tsp)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 9-inch round pans. Mash bananas, then mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and stir until just combined. Pour into prepared pans and bake 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. Beat buttercream ingredients until light and fluffy. Frost and serve.
