Hi Families! Lets talk newborn sessions for a sec.

When is the best time to book?
-The sooner, the better! It's recommend that expectant parents reach out in the beginning of the Second Trimester. The studios calendar typically fills 2 to 3 months in advance so its always recommended to reach out within or even before that time frame

How old should baby be?
-Newborn Portrait Sessions are scheduled to take place during a very short window of time: during the first three weeks after birth. During this timeframe, babies tend to sleep more often and for longer periods of time as well as babies have not really discovered their limbs yet, which help achieve those sweet curled-up poses you commonly see in newborn photography.

What if baby is born early or late?
-No worries! We secure your spot in the Studio's Calendar with baby's Due Date as your placeholder. Then our official session date is completely flexible based on when baby is born.

I have a very special post today.

Six. My oldest boy turns six today and I'm realizing he's almost not a LITTLE kid anymore.

For his birthday this year, I decided to get in front of the lens with him. We had fun, we laughed, we got rough, (mom of boys) and we bonded. I loved it! I'm also hoping we created some core memories.

These photos are so important to me and will always be near and dear. When we both don't look like this anymore, I hope we can reminisce over our photos and about this time spent with each other. Just him and mom.

Happy Birthday my Sweet Boy! Always, my most love.
