Guys! I haven't done sunflower minis for 5 years! This photo is from 5 years ago!!!!

Mini Session Info!!!!!!!!!

🍁🍂I will be doing my usual fall minis in late October, as usual. Booking for those will probably open up the first of September.

🎄🎅Christmas minis will be PJ minis on one of these backdrops. Which one do you like? Help me pick! These will be held in November or December.

🌲🎄Kids too old for PJ minis or you'd like a family photo instead? I'm hoping to go back to a tree farm again! Tree farms usually open Thanksgiving weekend, so those will probably coincide with the Thanksgiving holiday!

🍉🥤As for other minis, I haven't done a themed mini in a loooooong time. Any interest in watermelon minis or vintage Coca-Cola minis? I will only do these if there are 5 filled slots. These would be held this month or possibly in August.

🌳💦Any interest in creek minis again this summer? Those would also be held this month or next. Creek minis are great for kids or families and the kids can even splash around a bit.

Yesterday, my older son turned 12. That means that 11 years ago yesterday, photography started as a little flame for me. I wanted pictures of him all the time. So, I got a camera from Sam's Club, played around with it while he was playing outside, playing in the living room or pretty much any time he was doing something adorable (which was always, right? 😉). I've grown a little as a photographer in these 11 years, but he and his brother continue to be my true inspiration for this whole photography business. I want to continue to capture every stage of their lives and I want to do that for you all and your families, too! Thank you for those of you who have taken a chance on me and booked me as your photographer. Thank you for telling your friends and family about me. Thank you for letting me capture your family and children to freeze such special moments in time. ❤

Sometimes I have a vision in my head and it totally fails. It’s a hard pill to swallow when that happens. I have high expectations for myself and I HATE losing/failing. But, other times, a real win happens. This piano session with Judson was just that. It was a total bonus that he played while I was photographing him. Such talent!

I love an outdoor portrait or even a themed session. But, there's something so print-able about a classic portrait. I know not everyone decorates their houses in white and neutrals (it's me, I do 🙋‍♀️) but these are perfect for wall art in your home.
