Hey all! I made a new playlist and may eventually change the name, but what do you guys think of the name?

I wanted to have my first photography themed playlist, but this is good enough for me since I have so many playlists on Spotify! Everything from Motown to R&B to Grunge to Punk to Metal, 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's and 2010's. Even a Halloween, Christmas, Reggae, Spanish, Reggaeton, and I left out several playlists. Time for a late lunch since I woke up about an hour ago after being up late.

Pavement under your sneakers, 35mm in hand, and a city that never stops framing itself. Beats for the urban wanderer.

Good morning; afternoon; and evening friends and fans! Namasté. 🧘🏽 Another camera find at work and I damn nearly called out. Fellow colleagues, 🤫 you didn't see anything! Any film camera, I rescue and adopt. So far since I've been at this fu***ng job (🤡), I've adopted several cameras for the last seven years. The main camera I'm looking to adopt is a Pentax K1000 and I'm good in the hood if any customer drops off a 35mm film camera.. I'm uber happy that I found my non-human child and this is way better than pregnancy, child birth and having my beauty sleep disrupted. I wonder if I should rescue that camcorder. 🤔 (Allergies suck.) If anyone is looking to recycle any old school cameras, let me know! Especially if they're 35mm or 120 cameras. I'm looking to expand my camera collection. Thanks!

Good morning; afternoon; and evening friends and fans! Namasté. 🧘🏾‍♀️ Courage, faith, and heavenly protection today and always. St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. 🛡️ ⚔️ Placing our families, our battles, and our faith under the powerful intercession of St. Michael the Archangel. I'm going to be up for a bit lighting candles and place it on my altar as my sleep habits are all sorts of messed up as of late. When using tarot cards, in traditional Rider-Waite-Smith tarot decks, Temperance (XIV) is the card most likely associated with Archangel Michael, who is depicted with solar insights and wings on the card.

"Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil." Wishing you a blessed Feast of Saint Michael the Archangel! May his strength inspire us to stand courageous in our faith.
🙏🏾
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in the day of battle and be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. We humbly pray, by the power of Yahuah, cast into hell, Satan and all other evil spirits, who prowl through the world, seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

"Unlike any other visual image, a photograph is not a rendering, an imitation or an interpretation of its subject, but actually a trace of it. No painting or drawing, however naturalist, belongs to its subject in the way that a photograph does." ~ John Berger

Good morning; afternoon; and evening friends and fans! Namasté. 🧘🏾‍♀️ It's that spooky season! Just saying and it's not even Halloween.

Good morning; afternoon; and evening friends and fans! Namasté. 🧘🏽‍♀️ Time to temporarily put my trusty sidekick, Minolta X-370 in time out until I find the time to have my baby repaired. I go to load a fresh roll of film into my camera when I got to my customer service job (🙄) and come to find out that my camera isn't working! 😭 I'd have to find a day to head to this camera repair shop in Manhattan since I'd had my camera repaired at this shop for shutter issues and now it's the mirror part in the camera that needs repair. Photography and writing are my sanity and ultimate stress relief in life. My Minolta X-370 is my baby and emotional support baby. Hope I'm able salvage the camera! 🤞🏽

Good morning; afternoon; and evening friends and fans! Namasté. 🧘🏽‍♀️ Back in the city again! As I was passing by NYU Langone Hospital in Manhattan and I'm always looking for something to photograph. I see these lights and figured I'd stop and take several pictures of these lights. If you're a photographer, you never stop seeing. My mind is always in photographer mode and that's where my heart is at since I'm close to quitting my retail job to pursue photography and start my own photography business. I may not be knowledgeable about business but I'm sure I can somehow manage, figure it out, and navigate my way through. Stay frosty!

"Photography is the art of making memories tangible." ~ Destin Sparks

Good morning; afternoon; and evening friends and fans! Namasté. 🧘🏽‍♀️ It's an illusion that photos are made with the camera; they are made with the eye, heart, and head. I may go all out today since today's World Photography Day (👍🏽 😁 👍🏽), my kind of day. Not sure when I'll make my way to BUSHWICK DARKROOM and I miss being at the LaGCC Commercial Photography with fellow photographers since we're in the artistic struggle.

I get asked this a lot when I mention 35mm or 120mm film, yes, they still exist and yes, there are a small handful of places that still develop and/or scan film. I go to B&H Photo since it's my main go-to spot. When B&H and Adorama are closed for Jewish holiday, I go to KM Camera to buy ILFORD PHOTO or Kodak. My Minolta X-370 is my non-human child with special privileges which requires zero child support, zero deadbeat baby daddy with invalid excuses, just film and going on adventures. 😁 😉 That's all my camera requires, just unconditional love, film, and going on adventures! Happy World Photography Day to all my photography people out there, we are in the artistic struggle together and forget the rest. To my photographers out there, step to the front, what and who are you photographing today? Are you using your trusty film camera or your trusty digital camera today? Happy shooting! 👋🏽 Remember to stay hydrated and keep your head on a swivel.

"One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain." ~ Bob Marley

Good morning; afternoon; and evening friends and fans! Namasté. 🧘🏽‍♀️ About last night, I deleted my post here and on my fan page on Facebook [Scorpion Images]. I was in Midtown Manhattan taking care of business and I nearly missed the Post Office since my mind was thinking about stuff that's been going on in my personal life. As some of you know, I enjoy good music and may be working on a photography project. It'll be two projects, one of them Street photography and the other will be music themed photography. I'm hoping to self-publish two books, maybe three and it'll most likely be a three part project. Two will be Street photography and the third will be music where I go to various different music venues in the city. Good times. Hope everyone stays hydrated and safe today and always! Yesterday was fairly decent, found $80 bucks and the most I'd found in a single day. 🤫 Merry meet, Merry part.
