Thank you trusting me with your family’s moments. I am grateful! I have too much on my plate right now with current sessions I need to edit before Christmas + want to give my client’s the best I can give to each and every session and gallery.

Isn’t it amazing that our every day could be someone’s greatest prayer? I think about this truth all the time because I definitely have seasons of depression. Someone told me that feelings of depression are really boiled down to feelings of ungratefulness and it changed my way of coping with that mindset.

Grateful for every single day and all that comes with it- good and bad. 🤍

Three tips for success with posing (in my opinion):

• Be open to things even if they feel funky- chances are your photographer knows what the vision is. This means: ready to move, have fun (positive mindset is a gamechanger, trust), try things you might not do in the day-to-day (unless it’s something you’re truly against doing of course.)

•If you don’t know what to do with your hands, connect with your people and grab theirs or pop them in a pocket/belt loop. By yourself? Give yourself a hug, play with your hair, swing them side to side.

•Posture- I’m not talking military style stagnant: I’m just talking confident! Pull back your shoulders, lift that head up, and look around the space. This is so subtle but makes a huge difference and also gives your gallery variation that you’ll appreciate!

Just scratching the surface, but these are things I prompt through pretty much every single session and are key to a certain poses for me. 🤍

What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.” My name is Brooke Trisano and am a military spouse, mama to two gorgeous boys and LOVER of photos. I started photography professionally in 2015 and have been obsessed with it every single day since. Capturing special moments and being able to find beauty in every shoot is what I live for. I am a candid style photographer so I make it my goal to capture energetic photos that really help exemplify the relationships of my subjects. Nervous about posing/choreography to pull that off? DON’T BE! That’s my job.
