Lately, I’ve been a little quieter over here—and it’s been intentional 🤍

I took some time to reset, refocus, and pour into other areas of life for a bit. But stepping back has only made one thing so clear… how much I truly love this work.

These recent sessions have completely reignited my creativity, pushed me in the best ways, and reminded me why I started.

I’m feeling so inspired going into this season and so excited to serve families in a deeper, more meaningful way. More of this kind of storytelling is coming—and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Why should you book your newborn photographer early? 🤍

Newborn sessions are scheduled around baby’s due date — not their birth date.

Because babies arrive on their own timeline, I only take a limited number of newborns each month to allow flexibility once they’re here.

Booking during your second trimester ensures your baby has a spot on my calendar and allows us to plan everything in advance.

I plan newborn sessions within the first 5–10 days of life, when babies are still extra sleepy and curled. 🤍

Because of that, I reserve your due date ahead of time — not baby’s birth date — so once your little one arrives, we simply confirm a day and get you on the calendar right away.

One of the unexpected joys photography has given me are long term clients that just fill my cup! 🤍

The kind who don’t just book sessions — they become part of your story.

I’ve photographed this family for over five years now. I’ve watched her babies grow and seasons of life change.

Another meaningful parts of this work has been growing alongside the people I photograph. I’ve watched this mama build her small business as she cheered on mine. Ella, with , is such an incredible event planner and designer! She made my son’s first birthday so special and she seriously has such an eye for detail making special events so jaw dropping!

As my business continues to evolve, I’m intentionally shifting my focus toward newborn photography 🤍

Those first days are fleeting, sacred, and deserve to be documented with care and patience. Moving forward, I’ll be offering a more limited, curated calendar centered around newborn sessions to allow for a slower, baby-led experience for each family.

I’m so excited for this next chapter and grateful for every family who trusts me with their stories.

The first round of Fall Mini sessions were so sweet and the magic we captured in the amount of time was everythinggggg! ☀️🍃
As a mom myself to 3 littles, here are my top tips for sessions:

-PREPARE and GET EXCITED: talk to your littles leading up to the days, make it so exciting for them, “you are growing and we want to capture how tall you have gotten and your awesome smile” practice their best smile every night!

-DAY OF THE SESSION: go with the flow! Stay positive and even if it feels like chaos, go with your kiddos flow! Praise! Praise! Praise! Get ready to play with your littles & be in the moment with them as I offer a lot of poses that are truly story telling and playful when it comes to littles.

-AFTER THE SESSION: treat your littles (& yourself 🤪) with your favorite ice cream, meal or something for them to look forward to!
