Food photography often involves clever tricks to make food look appetizing—like using cardboard spacers to fluff up pancakes and motor oil for syrup. Yuck! But this dish is the real deal—100% edible and delicious. Wendy and I followed the recipe and enjoyed it later that evening. You can find the recipe for the Gazpacho Pasta dish in the upcoming edition of Balance magazine, hitting the newsstands this Thursday in LNP | LancasterOnline.
