I could not have asked for a better first wedding of the summer! Maddie and Colin were the sweetest couple and didn't let a little (or a lot of) rain put a damper on their big day.

Tomorrow is the official kick-off of my summer wedding season! I've been spending the last few weeks slowly getting back behind the camera, prepping for weddings, and soaking up all the baby snuggles. I'm so excited to be back and doing what I love!

Life looks a little different lately. It's definitely been an adjustment learning to balance my business while caring for my sweet baby boy. Some days, he's the best assistant ever, like taking a three and a half hour contact nap while I answer emails, and other days, he wakes up the second I touch the computer. Either way, I'm absolutely loving my new normal and the challenges it brings.

I've been a bit quiet lately, and here's why!
We welcomed our sweet baby boy, Cooper, three and a half weeks ago, and have been soaking in the newborn bliss.
My goal is to get back to posting more now that we've gotten in a bit of a routine. So you'll be seeing a lot more from me!
