If we have a session together, there's a very good chance I'll make a fool of myself getting your toddler to laugh, and half the time they just look at me like I'm nuts 🙃

I'll say "one more" and take 37.
I'll get excited when the light gets REALLY good.
I'll say "perfect" approximately 94 times.

Then I'll look through your pictures to make sure they didn't somehow disappear from the memory cards on the drive home.

* The weather is still usually pretty easy to work with
* We still get that pretty golden hour before it turns to blegh gray
* It's a great time to get a jump on holiday cards if you like the less Christmassy vibes
* Prime time for great fall colors while you still get the pretty glow from the sun

A little corner of my business I've been quietly building 🥹

Outdoor sessions will always have my heart, but can we talk about how much I'm loving having a studio?

Having another option for newborns, milestones, cake smashes and really all the sessions for when Washington decides to Washington has been such a relief. No searching for a studio to rent, no extra charges to rent one, I have the keys and it's ready to go when needed.
