Yes, really. Not "picked up." Not "looks fine on the walkthrough." Deep clean. Buyers notice baseboards. Buyers notice window tracks. Buyers notice the inside of the fridge if you leave it open for photos.

Give your listing the best shot it's got before we ever show up with a camera.

I was at a shoot with she said she asked her AI what he would look like if it was a person. She got a terrific picture of a polished professional man.

I asked mine and got a picture of early 2000s PowerPoint clip art in khaki shorts. Claude is very proud he remembered that I wear khaki shorts.

Turns out AI has opinions about what I look like. Not sure what to do with any of this information.

Tip Tuesday! Remove all small area rugs before your shoot.
They break up the floor visually and make the room look smaller in photos. Bare floor reads bigger every time.

Tip Tuesday!! Turn off the tv before your shoot.
A blank or muted screen photographs a lot better than whatever's paused on it. One less thing pulling the buyer's eye away from the room.
