I had the pleasure of working with Pullman Civic Theatre last night to capture the memories for their Shakespeare in the Park performances last night. The performances with done by station, with each station performing a scene from a Shakespeare play.

This was PCT's opportunity to open up performances to in-person audiences for the first time since the pandemic started last year. The have more performances coming soon, located within their theatre.

Anniversary dinner with Justine. Today I made Mushroom Stroganoff. On the side: some roasted Brussel sprouts served with a roasted red pepper sauce topped with gorgonzola cheese and sliced almonds. For the salad Justine made a mixed green salad with Candied Walnuts, feed raspberries, gorgonzola, and a Raspberry Vinaigrette. The dessert was a flourless chocolate and white chocolate cake. Yum!
