Like the air that we breathe, I miss you…

Our daily talks were always so deep. We both faced so many hardships and challenges along the way, and our journeys brought us into each other’s lives exactly when we needed one another most. I miss you so much.
I’ll never forget feeling our boys kick in our bellies when we were pregnant with Jax and Alex — how we laughed and joked that they were going to be the best of friends. I remember telling you that you and Justin needed to catch up, since Jax was your second and Alex was our fourth… We always laughed about it and now, we both have such large, beautiful families.

I miss you, my friend. You were taken far too soon, but your love, laughter, and light will always be with us. 💔

Such a beautiful family — the love and kindness they share is truly the gift that keeps on giving. I’ve loved being a part of their lives, and it was such an honor to photograph this amazing family! 😘

Watching these two grow up together has been such an incredible love story to witness! They were literally just kids — a sweet schoolyard love that I never could have imagined blossoming into the mature, genuine, and deeply loving marriage they share today. I mean, they were babies… and now they’re out here loving each other and ruling the world together! It’s been such an honor to capture their love through my lens over the years and to see how beautifully their story continues to unfold. 💕

Words alone can’t begin to describe how happy I am for these two beautiful people! In April, they’ll be welcoming a precious new addition to their lives, and it couldn’t be happening to a more kind-hearted, genuine couple.

Congratulations, Christian and Janelle! You two are going to be the BEST parents — your little babe is so lucky to have you!

I still remember Janelle and I joking about whether a little “intruder” was in their future. Even then, when she talked about her soon-to-be husband Christian and the life they were building together, her whole face would light up. I remember telling her my prediction: "After a couple of years of marriage, they’d be welcoming their first baby" — and here they are!

It’s just so incredibly amazing to see it all come true. 💕
