Running through sprawling lawns, wandering along the coast, chasing the last bit of golden light, and ending barefoot in the waves. The kind of evening that felt cinematic, romantic, and a little wild in all the best ways.

New England will forever be one of my favorite places to photograph love stories. Historic estates, dramatic coastlines, windswept beaches, and that unmistakable summer light. There’s just something about it.

An evening spent sailing, salty air, windblown hair, and the kind of summer light that makes everything feel like a movie. And when jumping off the sailboat into the ocean feels like the only right way to end the night, you do it.

This is exactly what I love about photographing couples. Creating space for you to actually experience something together, to move, laugh, get a little messy, and walk away with photographs that feel like memories instead of just poses.

There’s something so inspiring about seeing what’s next in bridal fashion and bringing that inspiration back into the way I photograph weddings.

The first time I photographed these two, we were running through a rainstorm for their engagement photos. This time, I got to follow them into an entirely new chapter and photograph their wedding day at the breathtaking Aldrich Mansion in Warwick, Rhode Island.

There’s something incredibly special about getting to tell a love story through more than just one day. From rain-soaked engagement photos to watching them become husband and wife surrounded by the people they love most, this one felt extra special.

And Aldrich Mansion was the dreamiest backdrop for it all. Historic architecture, sweeping estate grounds, views of the water, and that timeless old-world New England feeling that makes mansion and estate weddings so incredible to photograph.

My approach to wedding photography is cinematic and storytelling-driven, capturing the movement, emotion, romance, and little in-between moments that make your wedding feel like yours.

There was something about this wedding in Golden, Colorado that felt a little bit like stepping into a storybook. 🏔️

Surrounded by the Colorado mountains, with the kind of light that makes everything feel softer, these two celebrated their marriage in the sweetest, most genuine way. There was something so effortless about the whole day. The kind of wedding where you find yourself smiling behind the camera because the people in front of you are just that easy to love.

And honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever forget this couple.

They were kind. Thoughtful. Completely present with each other. The little moments between them said so much without needing anything added to them. A glance across the room. The way they laughed together. The quiet moments when it felt like the rest of the day disappeared for a second.

And these two brought all of that with them.

I left this wedding feeling incredibly grateful that I get to witness people in these little in-between moments. The ones that aren’t posed or planned. The ones that somehow become the photographs you come back to years later.
