April marked 5 years of doing this full time which honestly feels a little crazy to say out loud considering I photographed my first wedding back in 2014.
A lot has changed since then. Not just in my work, but in the way I approach wedding days, people, pressure, and the responsibility of documenting moments that can never be recreated.
One of my favorite parts of this job though is that for me it doesn’t ends on the wedding day. So many of my couples come back for anniversaries, maternity sessions, branding photos and growing families. Getting to continue documenting people through all of those seasons has become one of the most meaningful parts of this career for me.
I may be a wedding photographer, but preserving family legacies will always be at the heart of why I do this. 🥰
October through December are officially full for weddings this year as our own family prepares to grow by one more 🤍 I’ll still be offering family sessions this year, just earlier than usual because of pregnancy. Like always, my email list this summer will get first access to fall mini sessions!
