📸✨ It’s been such a delight to capture this family’s journey for the second year in a row. I was glad to take pictures of all the little cousins together too! Last time, we did a maternity shoot when this sweet girl was eagerly waiting to become a big sister. Now, her little brother is almost a 1-year-old! 🎂👶 I can’t wait to celebrate his first birthday with a fun cake smash photoshoot next month! 🎉🍰

I had the privilege of capturing the love and joy of this incredible family for the second year in a row 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦. While it was sometimes challenging to get the kids to look at the camera, I encouraged them to interact with each other, resulting in some truly heartwarming moments ❤️

It’s about time I updated my headshot. This one was done by my husband, and he didn’t do a bad job 😜.

A little about me: I’m a Chicago native who grew up in Lakeview and later moved to the northwest suburbs. My dad had a professional Nikon that he used to take pictures of me and my siblings since we were born. In high school, I took photography classes where I used his manual camera and learned to take photos and develop film. 📸

My passion for photography developed further in college but remained a hobby. I went to art school at Columbia and got my bachelor’s in Digital Media Technology, focusing on web design and graphic illustration. 🎨 Weeks after graduating, I landed a job in e-commerce at a company where I worked for 17 years.

In 2018, I started getting into photography more seriously. After being laid off in early 2024, I decided to pursue my passion as a career! 🌟
