🎅 MEET SANTA TODD
The heart behind the red suit. ❤️
For Santa Todd, wearing the red suit has never simply been about playing Santa.
It's about service. It's about giving back. And most importantly, it's about bringing hope to children and families who need it most.
Santa Todd is a 20-year veteran of the United States Army, and his commitment to serving others didn't end when he took off the uniform.
His dedication to his community led him to become actively involved with his local chapter of the Disabled American Veterans, where he served in several leadership positions—including three years as Commander.
Then, in October 2018, something unexpected happened.
A college classmate and fellow veteran gifted him a handmade Santa suit.
What may have seemed like a simple gift would ultimately open the door to an entirely new way to serve.
🎅 A SANTA WITH A MISSION
Since putting on that suit, Santa Todd has volunteered his time supporting charitable organizations and community programs, including the Ronald McDonald House, Sarah's House, Toys for Tots, and Gold In Fight.
Gold In Fight is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting local families whose children are fighting cancer.
That mission touched Santa Todd deeply.
After participating in Gold In Fight's Breakfast with Santa fundraising events, he decided in 2020 that he wanted to do even more.
Drawing upon the incredible network he had built through fellow veterans, his church community, friends, local businesses, photographers, and families, Santa Todd began fundraising directly on behalf of Gold In Fight.
And what started with one handmade Santa suit became something much bigger.

Each appearance has one purpose:
To turn Christmas magic into meaningful support for families fighting an unimaginable battle.
❤️ $25,400 — AND SO MUCH MORE THAN A NUMBER
Last year, thanks to the generosity of the families, businesses, photographers, friends, veterans, and community members who rallied behind Santa Todd's mission, an incredible $25,400 was donated to Gold In Fight.
Twenty-five thousand, four hundred dollars.
But for Santa Todd, it isn't about the number.
It's about the families behind it.
The children fighting cancer.
The parents trying to remain strong while facing something no parent should ever have to face.
And the opportunity to make even one part of their journey a little easier.
Santa Todd once described the donation in a way that perfectly captures the heart behind his mission:
"It's only a drop in the bucket compared to what these families are going through."
That is exactly why he keeps going.
The goal isn't to stop at $25,400.
It's to keep growing. Keep giving. Keep showing up. And keep making a difference.
❤️ MORE THAN CHRISTMAS MAGIC
Being Santa has brought tremendous joy into Todd's life—but it has also shown him another side of Christmas.
He has seen the excitement in children's faces when Santa walks into the room.
He has experienced the hugs, the laughter, the wonder, and the magic.
But he has also seen the pain in the eyes of parents whose children are fighting cancer.
And those families are what keep him going.
For Santa Todd, this isn't simply something he does during the holidays.
It's a calling.
Every photograph, every visit, every hug, every fundraiser, and every dollar raised represents another opportunity to remind a family:
You are not fighting alone.
His mission moving forward is simple:
Serve more. Give more. Help more.
Because underneath that red suit is a veteran who has spent his life serving others—and who found one more way to continue that service.
