This is the New Hope Estates disaster recovery housing on Cliff Road in Prestonsburg in the Big Sandy Area Development District. Back in July of 2023 Governor Andy Beshear came here and presented the county with a 2 million dollar check and later another 8 million to build 34 homes across two sites. It’s been 4 years since the flooding and 3 years since I took the first picture of the site, documenting it as its moved forward. I figured it was time to make a post and show its progression, from the air. The project moves forward everyday and still has a long way to go, but it’s good to see families getting into these homes and getting their lives straightened out. God Bless you people! Prestonsburg High School Class of 1964 class reunion still shots. Thanks to all of you for getting me to do the dj music and take the pictures. Might be a package deal I can offer in the future for small events. We had a good time it was a lot of fun, when you got Munroe in the room you’re gonna laugh for sure and we did.

Who remembers Munroe from the Ky Opry? I was the DJ and the photographer at the Prestonsburg High School Class of 1964 reunion held at Archer Park earlier and when I found out he was going to get up and sing a song, I knew to mic him up and shoot the video. Freddie Goble is his name and for 30 years he played the role of "Munroe" for the Ky Opry at the Mountain Arts Center. This guy is a legend and one of the greatest human beings in Eastern Ky. This right here, plus seeing my Dad, made all I put into working this reunion worth it. He may be a bit rusty, but I don't care I'm so glad I captured this one!!!

Got another camera, went to the Lady Blackcat Volleyball game to try it out. The result, spend more money lol. Spend a lot more money. The Volleycats got them a win tonight against Belfry 2-1 on the home turf. Congrats to Addison Wright on the 1000 assist achievement, that gold volleyball looks pretty cool! Now please excuse me while I go find some money.

Done a reel of the trip through Utah on Interstate 70 when we were coming back from Vegas a few months ago. I could make the drive West of Denver many times and it never get old. Facebook monetizing wants me to do more reels anyway lol. So here😬

The lives this woman touched and the people she helped is immeasurable. The Queen of Country won 10 Grammy Awards, a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, holds a record for a female artist with 25 #1’s on Billboards Hot Country Songs Chart, and inducted into both the Country Music and Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. The list goes on and on and on what this woman achieved. To say we lost an icon is an understatement. I’ll share a post from July when I took a trip to her latest business venture in remembrance. Rest in peace Dolly Parton, your legacy will forever live on!
