3 years ago I walked past a booth at WPPI in Las Vegas and completely lost my mind over an album.

That company was KONPOLI. They make them by hand. In Greece.

I just got my first one back and I am not okay. 😭🖤

Just the weight of this album alone is enough to knock you on your knees!

Sunday night was something I will never forget.

I had the honor of photographing Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band at the Findlay Toyota Center — and this one hit different.
Because this was the second time I've had a camera in front of Ringo Starr.

My mom always dreamed of seeing a Beatle. She never got the chance. Every time I get to do this I think about her — and I get to do it for her. 🖤

This time we also got to bring my father in law. Watching his face light up seeing someone so iconic from his past? That's not something I'll ever forget.

Now let me tell you who else was on that stage.

Steve Lukather from Toto. Colin Hay from Men at Work. Hamish Stuart from Average White Band. Warren Ham from Kansas & Toto. Gregg Bissonette from David Lee Roth. Buck Johnson from Aerosmith.

21 songs. Hits from every single one of those bands. The crowd was absolutely electric.

This is why I do what I do. Moments like this don't come around often and I am so grateful I got to be in that room with a camera in my hands. Again. 🥁🖤

This is Kailee’s session — one of my all time favorites — now living inside a handcrafted album made in Greece by the insanely talented people at KONPOLI. 🖤

Every detail. The cover. The spine. The weight of it in your hands. It feels like the work actually matters. Because it does.

I’ve offered printed boxes for 13 years and I love them. But this? This is a whole different level. This is the thing you put on your coffee table and never put away. The thing your grandkids fight over someday.

I’ve been doing this for 13 years and I just added something I’ve never offered before.

I found this company in Greece at WPPI a few years back and completely lost my mind over their work. Handcrafted. Stunning. The kind of thing you hand down.
•
I waited until I had the perfect session to put in it.
•
Kailee’s shoot was it. If you’ve been around the studio for any amount of time you already know — these images are pure chaos and joy and everything I love about this job. Creative. Unfiltered. Completely unrepeatable.
•
Watching it come to life in an album form? I cried a little. I’m not gonna lie.
•
I’ve always offered custom printed boxes for my clients and I still love them. But this? This is something different. This is the kind of thing you put on your coffee table and people pick up and can’t put down.

Not a little kid board book kind of thing but a REAL FU***NG ICONIC type of thing.

This is exactly what happens when a client walks in completely committed to a vision and we just…go there together. Full send. No apologies.
•
The shopping cart was already weird. The clown makeup was already incredible. The striped pants were already unhinged. And somehow it all made perfect sense.
•
This is why I do what I do. These are the sessions that remind me there are no rules — only good light and brave humans.
