It’s been a little quiet around here for a while.

Not because nothing was happening, but because a lot has been happening behind the scenes.

After quite a bit of time offline, a brand new website will finally be launching next week and I cannot wait to share it with you.

Over the past few months I’ve been slowly rebuilding my photography business from the ground up. I’ve been refining the experience I want families to have, reconnecting with why I love this work so much, and shaping something that feels truly aligned with this season of life and how I want to serve you moving forward.

If you’re new here, hello. I’m Amanda.

I work with mothers and families who want to slow down and hold onto this season of life a little longer. Together we create timeless portraits and heirloom artwork that tell the story of your family as it is right now. The tiny details, the genuine connections, the moments that feel ordinary today but will mean everything years from now.

For now, I’m just really happy to be here again and excited for all that’s coming soon.

Hey Friends, Happy New Year! Ready or not, 2026 has arrived and somehow were already two weeks in! It's been a minute or so since I've been on here.
I took a good bit of time off this holiday season and I have to admit, it was the reset I needed to come back recharged and ready to tackle this new year

I've spent the last week in a long, intensive workshop, planning out the year, looking into changes I want to make this year and setting some big goals. There's been a hefty amount of time spent reflecting on last year and really digging deep in the work I want to create for you in 2026! I cannot wait to see where this year takes us. There's so much new work I want to create and I'm excited to do that with you. Maybe I'm in over my head, but who says it's not possible!?

Anyway, I hope you've also dreamed big, set new goals, and allowed yourself the space to really think about creating a life that's meaningful and purposeful for you! Not what the world tells us we "need".

Thank you for being on this fun, creative, and inspiring journey with me! Whether you've been a client or a friend hiding behind the scenes just following along...THANK YOU! I really do appreciate you!

Every year, these sessions become some of my favorite memories. Giggles, snuggles, and those little moments in between that somehow say everything about your family right now.

This year’s all white studio with a hint of old charm is the perfect spot for cozy and classic portraits filled with holiday magic. These are a perfect opportunity to slow down and soak in this season before it rushes by.

Fall has arrived! The temperature this morning has me all excited about upcoming sessions. My kids are on fall break next week and I'm ready to get out and enjoy this weather with your kiddos and mine.

Sappy Post..sentimental moms beware!
It's officially the birth month of my twins and this year hits a little bit harder than most.
My twin baby girls are about to be 18!
How on Earth did we get here so fast? Where did the time go? I keep replaying the years over and over in my head and somehow we skipped to 18 all the sudden. I've always tried to be the parent that soaked up every season, whether it was a hard one or not. I always knew the days would be slow, but the years would fly by, and boy did they. I never wanted to look back and feel like I regretted a certain period of their childhood because I just wanted it to be over. No, I was the parent who wanted to be with my kids every waking minute I could.
You know, those people who constantly tell you to enjoy every second because one day they'll be grown and out of your house and blah blah blah! Well now I'm gonna be that person! The reality that these days, and our family as we know it, are trickling by quite quickly and I'm just not ready!
So today I'm just here to say, soak...it...all...up! Every single ounce of it.
You will never get today back! Whatever season you're in, appreciate it. There is something beautiful happening right in front of your face so stop whatever your doing and just be in the moment, even if it's for just a minute! One day you'll blink and they'll be turning 18 like mine!

The best kind of newborn sessions are the ones cozied up in the comfort of your own home. No hurrying out the door or stressing about if a baby is off schedule. No packing a diaper bag or lugging around a car seat. Just your family and baby, relaxed and at ease while I come to you!

Family sessions are never predictable—and that’s exactly why I love them. Toddlers don’t follow scripts, teenagers roll their eyes, babies need breaks. But within that unpredictability is where the magic always hides. It's the unexpected moments that show the real connections and love within your family. Those are the photographs that keep the memories alive.

I know, it feels like you just bought uniforms and supplies. But trust me—senior year moves fast. Homecoming will be here in a blink, and then it’s holiday season, and before you know it… cap and gown.
