Introducing The Garden Estate 🌿

A little hidden gem tucked away in Powhatan and my newest exclusive location for Richmond Roots sessions.

The grounds are timeless with a private pond, white fencing, sprawling trees and the dreamiest golden light.

Somehow it feels elegant and effortless all at once, and after photographing my first session here, I already know this one is going to be a favorite.

I’ve spent so much time recently building a solid collection of locations to choose from and I’m so excited about this beauty. If you’d like to have a session here, you know where to find me!

Oh what a freaking session this was. I knew we killed this one together. Lighting was on point, Maddie was on point, location doesn’t get much better and I was living for every minute of it. I pulled so many sneaks, I couldn’t wait!! If you haven’t booked your senior session, there’s still time and this is your sign girl! The flowers are calling 💛

I’ve been so lucky to paint the stories of couples all summer long. To take love and turn it to art.

A few months ago I was desperate to find somewhere new to shoot this summer and it had to be perfect. I searched every evening I had off. I needed a fresh canvas and wow I could have never imagined what this little dock would do for me. Thank you for summer number 2. It’s been magical 💛

I’m so excited to gift one senior a free session at a location of your choice within an hour of the Powhatan VA area! 🤍

You can nominate yourself OR a senior you think deserves this experience. Maybe it’s someone who has worked incredibly hard, overcome a difficult year, deserves to feel celebrated, or simply wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to have senior photos taken.
