Homeschool Photography: Capturing Life’s Beauty
Spark your teen’s creativity and visual storytelling this fall! This 4-week, hands-on workshop is designed to help students learn foundational photography skills, explore their artistic perspective, and showcase their talent.
Class Details
Ages: 13–18
Time: Fridays, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Dates: Meets each Friday in November (Nov 6, 13, 20) with no class on November 27th (Thanksgiving week).
Our final 4th-week session and Family Gallery Showing will take place on December 4th!
Locations: We will meet at various scenic spots around Clinton to match our lesson goals for the day—including the Clinton Library, Lakefront Park, and Downtown Clinton. Specific meeting points will be announced prior to each class.
Class Size: Capped at 10 students for an engaging, focused experience.
Inclusivity: Students with special needs are warmly welcomed and strongly encouraged to attend—we would love to help cultivate their artistic vision and creative voice!
Important Notes for Parents & Students
Camera Equipment: Personal photography equipment is not required for class, but students are strongly urged to rent camera gear for their personal hands-on practice from F32 Photo in Knoxville.
Projects & Gallery: Students will work on a featured project assignment during the 3rd week, culminating in a celebration gallery showing during week 4 for families to view their work!
Parent Attendance: This is not a drop-off program; a parent or guardian must remain present with their student during class time.
Safety: A signed liability waiver is required for all participants before the start of class.
Registration & Payment
Sign-Up Deadline: October 15th (or until all 10 spots fill up!)
Payment: Class fees are due in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.
