Family, friends, & supporters of Myron Dewey,
There is a pretrial regarding the accident that happened on Sept 26, 2021 where Myron’s life was taken by the reckless driver, John Walsh, who was under the influence and on the wrong side of the road. The driver, John Walsh, who is responsible for this heartache was under the influence of cannabinoids between 13.3 ng/ml – 18.7 ng/ml with the legal limit being 5 ng/ml. The pretrial is being held next week on Tuesday at 10am in Tonopah, and the family has reached out to the district attorney John Friel, regarding this matter and has yet to hear the status of this case. The family has video, personal testimony and additional evidence that should be used to support the conviction of John Walsh, but the DA has not seen nor asked for it to date. The family believes this case is not being taken seriously as the family is not being contacted at all with information and we ask that you help us get justice for Myron and help us advocate for him and be his voice as he has done not only for Indian Country but for people across the world. We want District Attorney, John Friel, to know who he is representing and how much of an impact Myron has made during his time here on earth. We want the man who is responsible for this crime to be held fully accountable for his actions and know who he took from us. If you would like to help the family and most importantly help, be Myron’s voice please call into the DAs office and demand answers for the family as to what that status is and speak on who Myron was and what he did for people across the world. We believe that if the DA’s office knows we aren’t going to be silent and if they fully understand the person Myron Dewey was and the impact he has made in this world, the DA’s will hopefully reach out to the family and take this case seriously.. Together we are stronger and so is our voice!
