C&D Media is a partnership of two freelance photographers who may also later dabble in videography, web design, graphic design, audio, etc. My work will speak for itself. Customers don't want the Canon T4i or T5i, as these cameras just don't have much of anything to offer over the old and trusty T3i (my camera) which is cheap at this point. Similar story with Nikon. And for now, these two companies completely dominate the wish lists. But if they keep selling rehashes of their good old boys without innovating, Sony and the others will likely climb the list.

What camera do you guys want for Christmas? I want the 70D or 5DmkIII, but I'm still dreaming :P GoPro Hero3+ Black anyone?

The paranoia about photographers and high quality cameras/lenses is laughable until policies banning them and even punishing photographers becomes damaging. The Kentucky Derby is banning interchangeable lens cameras, tripods, etc in the name of security. There are many ulterior motives for banning pro cameras but calling them a security risk adds to the hysteria and screws hard-working photographers and photo-loving hobbyists over.
