I’m finally taking a step I’ve been thinking about for a while and officially launching a photography page.
Taking pictures has quietly become a much bigger part of my life than I ever expected. I was gifted my first camera almost a decade ago and have been learning on my own, VERY SLOWLY to say the least--maybe picking it up once in a blue moon for a special occasion. However, about three years ago, I was able to immerse myself back into the world of theater and picked it up with new purpose.
Over these years, I’ve had the privilege of trying to capture the essence of live theater and the performing arts. Through the Lens of Lewis is rooted in preserving those moments, celebrating the people on and off the stage, and honoring the art that occurs behind the scenes and in the spotlight. Thank you to everyone thus far who have trusted me with this task.
While my work is currently very theater-centered, I want to see where this journey takes me. I’m eager to explore personal projects, grow creatively, and continue learning along the way—both within the theater world and beyond it.
This is just the beginning, and there is so much more for me to learn. It won't be easy and will take time, but I really, really want to do more of the things that I love.
