I happened to capture this beautiful moment of sensual love between two people post-sunrise at the art car.
It's one of my best photos as far as catching a pure moment- the subjects unaware of onlookers or judgement. It was simply two people expressing their love with each other. fortunately offers a space that constantly pushes the boundaries of what is considered "normal" in the default world, which is why I, as a long-time burner, photographer and artist, only saw the beauty of this moment and didn't see it as a radical expression of protest. But after the terror of Orlando, I now see how ANY public expression of love by our LGBTQ brothers and sisters is ultimately a risk and in itself a simple act of protest.
Be brave, be strong,
Know that you have allies.
And love love love.
It will win.

U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders Seattle Rally at Safeco Field photos are up!

Presidential candidate U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders Electrified over 15,000 supporters with a speech that covered his entire platform, from universal healthcare and education to equal pay for women and minority rights. The mood was festive and hopeful.

The next day Washington State democratic voters caucused for their candidate resulting in a 72% landslide for Senator Sanders.
I hopefuly captured some of the beautiful moments with some success that Bernie Sanders delivered to all of us.
