The moment I got on the phone with Patrick to talk through his plan, I knew this was going to be a special proposal 🥹
He was proposing to Wendy on an excursion to Cabbage Island in Boothbay Harbor and he’d bought an extra ticket so I could tag along and capture it!
I made the drive up to Boothbay, hopped on the Bennie Alice, and enjoyed the scenic tour along with everyone else. Even snagged a few photos of them on the boat ride over without her noticing!
Once we landed on Cabbage Island, the plan was simple: wait for the dinner bell. I made a few new friends and hung out while Pat and Wendy explored the island.
Then the bell rang. Pat led Wendy to the arbor, got down on one knee, and asked her to spend forever with him. Witnessing that moment and their joy was so much fun! 🥹💍
They celebrated after with a lobster bake, courtesy of the incredible staff at Cabbage Island and a few more photos around the island. Congratulations, Pat & Wendy! 🦞✨ honored to have captured your story!
