You know how "they" say you should NEVER stand on the top 2 steps of a ladder.....Yeeaah.....🤣 that warning isn't meant for photographers....or at least not for THIS photographer.
When I say I give it my all to get the shot....
I give it my all!

I have the absolute WORST fear of heights....but there was absolutely NO WAY I wasn't getting this shot for Drew's mom. It was the ONE shot she wanted the most....
She brought the shirts and the ladder, so it was going to happen!
***I do have to give both Drew and his Mom, Christina BIG, BIG THANKS for keeping me on that ladder! 🤣🤣🤣 I can promise you, it will be a very long time before I get up on one again!

Had so much fun capturing this image for Brandon and Chelsey, however no one ever warned me that being a photographer would require me to understand Geometry and all its angles! hahahaha
I guess my high school math teachers were right, that I would use math in everyday life! hahaha
And for anyone who wonders.....that really is Brandon and Chelsey being photo'd in that mirror! They were standing practically on top of me to my left to get that shot....and even with that there was still quite a bit of work that went into the editing of it to perfect it, as it is seen.

Because I absolutely was not going to leave it "as is", with their names and wedding date being unable to be seen due to Brandon's suit jacket.

I really love this image!

There's no telling who I might run into out in the woods at this time of the year, lol. 👻

In an effort to keep myself front and center to some degree, 🤣, I wanted to share a few photos from little Hallie's Smash and Splash session from yesterday.
Isn't she the absolute cutest!? And that cake! Bumblebee Home Bakery never disappoints with any of her baked goods and that cake was equally delicious as it was beautiful.
It's been such a wonderful Autumn photo season, and even with attempting to slow my schedule down some...I have found myself still busy "enough".
Currently I am working on:
-3 Extended Family Sessions�
-1 Wedding�
-2 Family Sessions�
-1 Newborn Session�
-1 Six Month Session
-�2 Senior Sessions �
-1 Smash & Splash Session�
-A Place to Grow's Fall Images (225 images of 25 kids)
-�JCHS Show Choir (2 Groups & all Seniors).
I am unsure how other photographers handle all their editing, but I tend to bounce between different sessions to help keep my brain from turning to mush looking at all the same style, all the time.
I believe it helps with keeping my editing sharp. 😁
So with all that....if you are on that above list, know that I am working thru things as quickly as I can to get your images to you as quickly as I can....plus trying to keep up with every other thing in my life. 🤪
And finally, I want to say thank you to all my lovely and wonderful clients, who choose me to capture their memories.
Some of you were 1st time clients this season and others of you are repeats that I adore seeing season after season.
You all are the best.

I haven't posted much lately....guess I am just staying low on the inter webs these days....but I just had to share this sweet little one's image.
She literally was the most amazing and absolute best newborn I think I have ever had...
She showed up ready to rock out her session and then totally did just that, with not a single peep other than a teeny, tiny squeak when she was being wrapped.
If there was an award for most perfect baby ever, Wrenly would be the recipient. 🏆
