The streets of New York City present photographers with poignant visual materials. Lectures introduce an historic variety of styles and approaches, including Documentary, Street, Portraiture, Fashion, and Conceptual, with personalized “homework” to encourage further exploration. Techniques such as flash, night exposure, street portraiture, and etc. will be introduced so students can begin working in new ways as they wish.
