To everyone who celebrates, I hope you had a beautiful Mother’s Day. 💐

Shout out to all the moms, mom-to-be’s, bonus moms, grandmas, aunties, and every single person who lovingly steps into that “mom” role. You are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated. 🫶

Shortly before Mother’s Day, I had the honor of photographing amazing mamas with their families (including mine—can you spot us? 👀) in a fun photo booth sponsored by .realtor and . Moms were treated to drip coffee, flowers, and of course a photo with their family!

It was such a fun event, I love turning quick little moments into memories you can hold onto for years. 📸

Early morning magic at the World Forestry Center ✨

I spent the morning touring and photographing, this stunning venue, with an incredible group of corporate event planners, and wow — what a treat! Between networking with so many talented pros, sipping hot coffee, and drooling over the most beautiful conchas, it was the perfect start to the day. ☕️🥐 Big shoutout to Cheryl's on 12th for the beautiful spread and the agua frescas — the watermelon was my absolute fav 🍉🙌 Also to Arden Event Collectivei for the beautiful and bright linens, they really helped bring out the Cinco de Mayo theme.

We explored their premium event spaces, each one with its own charm. I’m especially smitten with the Discovery Museum and Fountain Hall — such a beautiful setting where guests can not only gather, but actually play, explore, and have fun. Imagine a corporate event that feels like an experience, not just a meeting. ✨🌲

A favorite thing about so many of my couples, is how delightfully nerdy you are. As a fellow sci-fi lover, nothing makes me happier than when you bring that fandom into your love story—like showing up to your engagement session with your *own* lightsabers! 🔦💫

From dramatic “duels” at sunset to cozy, starry-eyed moments that feel straight out of a galaxy far, far away, these sessions are such a fun reminder that your photos should feel like *you*. Your quirks, your inside jokes, your fandoms—this is what makes your story uniquely yours, and it’s my honor to capture it all.

So here’s to the jedis, the smugglers, the princesses, and the droids who find their perfect co-pilot. 💍🚀

Some weddings just feel like a big warm hug, and Jade & Isaac’s day was exactly that. 🥹✨

From the moment I met them (thanks to the sweetest referral from past PBC couple Jordan & Ryan 🙌), I knew this was going to be special. And then, to my total surprise, a future 2027 couple of mine, Kevin & Whitney, just casually happened to be guests?! My photographer heart could barely handle it. 🥰

Great people know great people. And this day was FULL of them.

Behind the scenes we had it all:
🐴 a *serious* mini horse hunt
🍌 banana katanas (yes, really 😂)
💍 so much love, laughter, and happy tears

These are the kinds of days that remind me why I do what I do—documenting not just the big moments, but the silly, chaotic, joy-filled in-betweens that tell the real story.

Portland’s Alternative Wedding Fair at Rae Loft was a lot of fun! 💍✨

This was the second annual fair and honestly, a whole space dedicated to nontraditional weddings + celebrations of love in all its forms? Yes, please. 🖤

Representing *your love, your rules.* Because love doesn’t look the same for everyone—and your wedding day shouldn’t either.

I left with a bag full of goodies, hello macarons, earrings, and a few surprise gifts for friends 💫.

McMenamins Wedding Showcase was such a vibe ✨ Imagine every McMenamins event venue in ONE room – from cozy historic spaces to large ballrooms – all ready for you to dream up your day.

In the house were, of course McMenamins Kennedy School, McMenamins Grand Lodge, McMenamins Edgefield, McMenamins Old Church And Pub, McMenamins Kalama Harbor Lodge, McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse, Gerhart, Crystal Ballroom, McMenamins Hotel Oregon.

Kennedy School was beautifully staged so couples could actually *see* what their wedding or event could look like there: outdoor ceremony, fireside romantic corners, and so much character in every hallway. 🏫💍

And the catering… wow. 🍽️ Way beyond what you see on the regular restaurant menu (though don’t worry, you can still have your favorite tots 😉). Not to mention all their house made beer, wine and liquor, old fashioned with Hogshead Whiskey, yes please.

I’m constantly impressed by how kind, organized, and creative the McMenamins team is. They’re incredible to work with, and I’m proud to be one of their preferred vendors – it makes serving my couples that much sweeter. 🤍

San Diego, you were a *dream* 🌴✨ I had the honor of photographing the NACNS 2026 Annual Conference for the second time, and this community continues to amaze me.

Being the daughter of a nurse, I feel so at home with this group — kind, compassionate, deeply committed to care… and still knows how to have a *really* good time 💃🩺 The energy in the rooms, the connections in the hallways, and the joy on the dance floor made every moment worth capturing.

Huge thank you to the incredible team at Virtual for planning such a thoughtful, engaging event and for connecting me with this organization.🤍

From inspiring keynotes to heartfelt reunions and lots of laughter in between, it was a privilege to capture images to help tell your story.

Stepping into the 4th Annual Arden Event Collective Collection Preview felt like walking into a living mood board ✨

From the warm welcome by the Event Saavy team at check-in ✅ to exploring Arden’s newest rental collections styled into the most inspiring design tables (my favorite layout, was the one I am calling, the clover), every corner was filled with ideas for future weddings and celebrations. Gorgeous textures, thoughtful details, and so many creative ways to make each event feel personal and one-of-a-kind 💫

We nibbled on delicious bites and sipped cocktails from their incredible catering partners, shout out to & ! While music by DJ Rev Shines set the perfect vibe. 🎧

Nights like this remind me how lucky we are in Portland to have such a talented, collaborative event community. These are the teams behind the magic—helping my couples bring their love stories to life in the most beautiful, memorable ways 🤍
