Warner Photography

Warner Photography Wedding photography for couples who want to remember how it felt. I was born a creative. I am a storyteller.

I've found a cozy home in telling stories through the eye of my camera lens. Recent accolades include the Audience Award at the Cannes Short Film Festival. When I'm not out shooting photos, you can find me writing songs, shooting documentary films, and hiking around Maine.

Ruby and Duncan’s wedding day began not with getting-ready photos, but with chanting.
Before the ceremony most guests would see, monastics from Watt Samaki Khmer Buddhist Temple in Buxton, ME gathered with Ruby and Duncan’s community for a blessing. Ruby’s grandfather had taken robes at this same temple in his final years, so this morning carried his presence too, woven into the chants and the incense and the circle of people who came to send these two into marriage with intention.
Two ceremonies, one day: a sacred beginning in the morning, and later, the wedding itself!

Jenn & Chris met in college and never looked back. These days home is Washington State, but Jenn’s family roots run straight to Bar Harbor — so when it came time to say “I do,” there was only one coastline that felt right. The Bar Harbor Inn gave them a bay view for the ceremony and a lifetime of memories to build on. We were honored to be there for a celebration this many years in the making!

We knew a year ago, at their engagement session, there was something special about Abby & Covy — yesterday confirmed it. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as they said “I do” at the Bailey Island Library. These two endurance runners clearly have an enduring love too, and we were honored to witness it. Congratulations to A&C!

Katelyn & Peter got married at Portland City Hall on Saturday, and we’re pretty sure those steps have never looked better. Being with K&P is like hanging out with friends you’ve known your whole life— easygoing energy that pulls everyone in. Their celebration moved through the streets of Portland to Za for pizza and a reception that turned into a full-on dance party, DJ’d by Pete’s brother ThinkFishTank.

Congratulations, Katelyn & Peter — this is only the beginning of something beautiful, we’re so, so happy for you guys!!

Macy & James met in the Moab desert and brought their Colorado spirit all the way to Maine for an unforgettable celebration of their love.

Their dog Cora came along for the day as the sweetest flower dog to add to an already perfect day. Their life has been full of adventure — it was a joy and an honor to capture the beginning of their grandest one yet!

“His brother was actually my direct report,” Delilah laughs. “I drove him home from work one night and asked if he knew anyone attractive, nice, smart — not crazy. He said no. Two weeks later I asked again, and this time he said, ‘Actually, I think you’d get along with my brother.’”

A blind date at the Jewel Box on a Sunday night turned into the whole evening — they found out their birthdays were a day apart, both Leos, and that they’d both grown up in theater and performing arts.

That creative overlap became the backbone of their life together. Ian writes and performs music; Delilah became his band’s marketing person, website designer, and audio engineer along the way. “I’ve kind of just turned into their support person,” she says.

“Ian is extremely thoughtful about all of his choices,” Delilah says. “Everything he does is very deliberate, and I feel safe around him because of that.” Ian adds, “Sometimes I can be too safe, and Delilah pushes me to stand up for myself — to ask for the things I want, even when it doesn’t feel okay to.”

They both work from home now, separate offices, same wavelength. “She’ll come out of her office and I’ll come out of mine and I’ll say ‘sandwiches,’” Ian says. “And she’ll say, yeah, for the past 30 minutes.”

We’d love to feature you in Couples Of Maine, too — our project documenting love stories across the state. Whether you’ve been together for 40 years, just got engaged, or are proudly anti-marriage. All love stories welcome. DM us to be part of it.

When Maine’s landscape is part of your day, everything from the light to the seating chart finds its place in it. Cocktail hour in a blooming orchard on the groom’s family’s Farmington property — trees framing the gathering, and holding the table list too 🌸 🌸

Fourth of July fireworks have nothing on these two!

Hannah and Brad found each other walking the Camino de Santiago, and this July they said “I do” on a dock overlooking the water at her family’s place in Bremen, Maine. Warm laughter, a porchetta roast, and a sky full of fireworks for the Fourth closed out the night.

They live in Spain now, but this stretch of Maine coastline will always be home. So grateful we got to be there for the beginning of their next chapter.

Congratulations Hannah and Brad, we are so thrilled for you!

Maine isn't known as the Pine Street State for nothing. These trails were made for sauntering through after a first look and private vows. Elevated camp wedding vibes at Migis Lodge last September.

C & J eloped in Acadia National Park this past Saturday! From a first look on Sand Beach to a teary ceremony in Monument Cove, the love was palpable! C's parents had flown in from China, and they made special translated vow books for her parents to read along with 🙌
