PAYA pictures have officially started and I’m happy to say that I have already photographed 4 teams! Hopefully the weather cooperates and we will continue the momentum. I have a couple things to keep in mind to make sure there are no issues.
1. Please make sure you write the PLAYER’s name and team name on the form and that it is legible. Also make sure you add phone number just in case I have questions.
2. Be careful that you order the correct item and double check-team photos and individual photos.
3. I accept cash, check, PayPal, and Venmo but please make sure that you still turn in a form at the time of photos even if you use one of the electronic pay methods. This insures you receive your order as PayPal and Venmo orders can get confused.
***also you don’t need to write two separate checks if you have two children on the same team.
4. The order form is attached but there are more in the concession stand. Your coach should provide one for you before photo time but if you did not get one, I will have extras on me at the time of photos.
