I loved being a part of such a fantastic event. Suppose you want an excellent organization to support Bremerton Foodline. The rows of 2’x3’ hanging from the ceiling or behind the stage, along with the 5x7 photos on the table, represent someone you know. From veterans, immigrants, elderly, disabled, homeless, trans, gay, asylum seekers, shipyard workers, or even the bus driver, hunger affects more than you realize. It is a safe place; there is no judgment for using their services, and you are treated with dignity and respect. The place is full of love and compassion, and I’ve been blessed over the years, but as the economy changes, the need for food banks is on the rise. Donate, and you’ll be helping someone ease those hunger pains.
