SUN GAZING ✨
People have noted numerous benefits from sun gazing including; Improved Sleep, Increased Energy, Reduced Stress, Improved Mental Health, Increased Vitamin D, Improved Skin, Reduced Inflammation, and Hormone Balancing!
Schedule sun gazing within 30 minutes during sunrise and another 30 minutes at sunset- without glasses! During these times the UV index is at its lowest level. Thus, it is safe for the eyes to stare at the sun. If it is your first time sun gazing, stare into the sun for at least 10 seconds. Over time, you can increase your time by 10 to 15 minutes. Just make sure you are not exceeding 30 minutes. Do not sun gaze in the middle of the day.
All hormone imbalances are a light deficiency! This is often seen with those who work inside- not getting much sunlight exposure. In addition, the blue light from computer screens can have bad effects on your eyes, sleep, health, and further your deficiency for real light. Contact lenses and glasses can also block out some of the sun’s rays.
Sun gazing can “recharge” your bodies need for natural light, and store what’s needed for the whole day!
