It always makes me giggle when I’m going through and editing and I notice the small things, like this mosquito trying to get a snack while we’re busy taking pictures 😅

Made some banana nut bread on Sunday since I had no shoots and it turned out so good! 🍌🤎 There’s just something about homemade banana bread that makes the whole house smell amazing. Definitely making this one again!

🍂 Thinking about doing Fall Minis! 🍁

I’ve been wanting to put together some fall mini sessions this year, and I’m thinking of doing a simple, cozy setup similar to this! A blanket, a few wooden crates, pumpkins, some fall flowers and little fall details. Nothing too crazy, just a cute fall setup for couples, families, kids, maternity, or even individual photos!

This is just an idea for what I’m thinking, but if I offered fall minis like this, would anyone be interested?

I’d love to see if there’s enough interest before I start putting everything together! 🍂

1. You don’t have to have the best camera to take good photos. Knowing how to use what you have matters so much more.

2. Not every session needs a complicated setup. Sometimes the simplest locations and ideas create some of the best photos.

3. You’re going to compare your work to other photographers. It’s almost impossible not to, but remember they’re further along in their journey than you are in yours.

4. You’re going to make mistakes. A lot of them. The important part is actually learning from them instead of letting them discourage you.

5. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re doing before you start. You learn by actually getting out there, shooting, trying things, and figuring out what works for you.

I’m still learning and growing with every session, but that’s honestly one of my favorite parts of photography. 🤍
