Noon Update:

As of now we are going racing!

We elected not to touch the track this week with all of the forecasted rain and so far it has paid off. The track is saturated but the base is hard which has allowed much of last nights rain to run off. We are set up to give everyone a good race track tomorrow!

The forecast is showing no sign of rain, but if for some reason another system comes through the area we will share additional updates.

Get those pre-entries submitted!

If this weather is here to stay, we are hoping to get in a practice or two before our scheduled opening weekend. We will also be having some 1 and 2 day weekend practices throughout the season! LETS GO!!

SEPTEMBER 21st MX RACE is stil on come race pr watch the race today!!

We have a full weekend ahead in September 20th is our 24th Annual Bob Walters short track and the 21st last MX of the season

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
If you are coming in Saturday night you will be charged the $15 entry fee for both days (as long as the short track race is still going on Saturday night) if you have a camper you will be directed to park in the hay field past the start gate. The club entry gate will be open until midnight.

Other rules
1. Absolutely NO pit riding of any kind THIS INCLUDES THE ENTIRE WEEKEND
2. You will need an AMA and District 17 card to race. ALL minors must have their minor release
If you don’t have these items we can sign you up the day of the race
3. Classes cost $35 (open A & 250A are $45)
4 races will follow after practice is completed

FULL WEEKEND OF RACING - September 20th is our 24th annual Bob Walters Short track and 21st will be our last MX race of the season

Short track PRO/AM purse will be $4,500 ($50 to enter) all other classes $35. Stayc race $20 to enter
Practice starts at 4 pm (racing to follow)

(MX riders coming in Saturday will be charge for both Saturday (as long as the ST tace is still goong on)and Sunday $15/per person, 12 and under free (non riders under 12). Campers will be directd to park in the hay field just beyond the starting gate. The club entry gate will close at midnight

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
1.No pit riding of any kind (except a bicycle)
2.Have your AMA and district (17 or other district)cards

wow! 3388 photos i have to go to all due to great racing! i definitely needed to get back behind the camera! huge shout out to pekin motorcycle club and their crew for what they did last night track was awsome for the mains and out up some great racing! photos are being worked on and gone through so it will be 3 or 4 days before they get posted!

hey everyone i want to come on here and say in sorry i haven’t been at any races for a couple months ive been super busy but also its just been to hot and free will is a great thing BUT… this saturday will be a fun one TOMORROW so to speak i will be at the Pekin motorcycle club taking pictures for the donie one of the biggest races for short track d 17! also we need to see some more half mile tucks on the bicycle from coach carter bc why not 🤷‍♂️ see you all there ready to get back!

so sorry everyone pics are taken absolutely for ever! im atill working on them been having a few set back with technology of course but they are still being worked on from muddy waters
