Meet Michael Anderson & Ella Hill! 🤍

These two are both from Pontotoc, MS and their story began at church. Although they had always attended the same church and quietly admired each other from afar, it wasn’t until Ella’s sister volunteered her to help Michael grab lunch while they were decorating for VBS that everything changed. The rest, as they say, is history!

Michael’s proposal was a total surprise and he did a great job pulling everything off. Under the guise of taking family photos for his grandmother’s side of the family, he convinced Ella to come along. When they arrived at his grandmother’s house, Michael stopped halfway down the driveway near a green field, pretending he needed to put out feed. He called Ella over to bring him something from the back of his truck, and that’s when the magic happened!

On March 13, 2027, these two will say “I do” at 40 Oaks in Houlka, Mississippi, surrounded by the people they love most.

While they’re excited to finally become husband and wife, they’re also looking forward to celebrating with family and friends after waiting so long for this special day. Looking ahead, they hope to travel, enjoy life together, and eventually start a family of their own.

Photography is especially important to Michael and Ella because they want to preserve every moment of one of the best days of their lives and be able to relive it through beautiful images for years to come.

I cannot wait to celebrate these two and capture their beautiful day! 🤍

Introducing Hannah & Drake! 🩷

Their engagement story started when Hannah thought she was headed to a simple Valentine’s Day lunch. To her surprise, Drake was actually heading to his family hayfield to pop the question. Hannah told me she truly had no idea.. she even fell asleep in the car on the way there 🤣 Afterward, she walked into a surprise engagement party where everyone knew except her!

They’ll be getting married on August 22nd at Lilly Creek where both their ceremony and reception will take place, and they’re most excited to have all of their favorite people together in one place celebrating alongside them.

As they step into marriage, they hope to always put Christ first, build a joyful home together, and one day have a family of their own.

When asked what photography means to them, Hannah shared that it was one of the very first things she wanted to book because photos preserve the sweetest moments they’ll cherish forever. She first discovered my work while being in a wedding I photographed, and since then knew she wanted me to capture her own day someday!

Meet Garner Vance & Palmer Brantley 🤍

These two call Brandon, Mississippi home, but their story began thanks to a mutual friend after both had recently moved back to the area. Palmer had returned home after college, and Garner after law school. They met through a mutual friend and instantly connected.

When Palmer talks about knowing Garner was “the one,” her answer is especially meaningful. After losing her dad to cancer just a few months before they met, Garner brought happiness back into her life during a difficult season. Watching him be such an incredible father to his daughter only made her love him more. She says she knows her dad would have loved him, too.

Their proposal was everything Palmer hoped for—simple, intimate, and perfect. The day before her birthday, Garner proposed during a trip to Savannah, Georgia. With no one else around, it was just the two of them sharing the moment before spending the rest of the weekend celebrating together.

On November 14, 2026, these two will say “I do” at Lakeside Presbyterian Church before celebrating with family and friends at Castlewoods Country Club.

As they begin this next chapter, Garner and Palmer dream of traveling together and growing their family. More than anything, they’re excited to celebrate their love surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.

Photography is especially important to Palmer. She loves capturing life’s moments because while memories may fade with time, photographs allow us to revisit them forever. Some of her most treasured photos are the ones she has of her dad, making wedding photography an especially meaningful part of their day.

When asked to describe their relationship in three words, they chose: laughs, love, and support.

And of course, we can’t forget two very important members of the family—their beloved kitties, Leo and Frank. 🐾

I am so honored to be a part of their wedding day and cannot wait to celebrate these two this November!
