I had the honor of spending two days documenting an event for the American Cotton Shippers Association in Memphis last week. We toured the flow of cotton from the fields, to processing, to grading, storing, shipping, and selling.

I have a newfound respect for America's cotton industry and the wonderful people involved. BUY AMERICAN!

Last night’s event featured a car giveaway, a car that was customized by Richard Rawlings, owner of Gas Monkey Garage and star of Discovery Channel’s Fast N’ Loud.

“He looks thrilled” was my wife’s response, so I sent her the shot with his wife, Katerina, and replied “Well I sure am.”

FTR, I loved working with this couple, they were extremely patient with the 500+ ppl wanting photos with them, particularly patient with that gray-bearded fellow.
