Studio locations include Oakland, San Francisco and the Sacramento Metro Area. Richard Eskite is an award-winning photographer specializing in food, product and still life photography. Richard has photographed dozens of ads, cookbooks and packaging assignments since 1985, for clients including Boudin Bakery, Dreyer's Ice Cream, Ghirardelli, Kendall Jackson, Safeway and Williams-Sonoma. Born in Was

hington DC, Richard Eskite came to San Francisco to work as a staff photographer for Landor Associates, after graduating from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. He founded his studio in 1985 in the American Industrial Center building in San Francisco and discovered his passion for shooting food shortly thereafter. Richard is a unique craftsman and problem solver, exceptionally talented in modifying props and backgrounds to suit the needs of his clients. Comfortable working in a variety of materials, he has developed devices and gadgets in his studio workshop that have improved the quality and efficiency of his photo shoots. Richard taught photography at the Academy of Art College for many years and can proudly say that many of his protégés have gone on to significant achievement in their own careers.
