Well figuring out how to share this reel from Instagram took me longer than it needed to, but here it is on the right page, haha!
â˘
Iâm jumping on the bandwagon with some incredible fellow photographers who started this trend.
â˘
Seriously though. Iâm so grateful to be on this journey and itâs been so beautiful to see growth that happens with hard work, perseverance & not giving up when things get tough, you make mistakes or imposter syndrome sets it. Damn that imposter syndrome. Itâs an evil beast.
â˘
I truly wouldnât have come this far if it hadnât been for loved ones that have supported me every step of the way, helping me with getting equipment, making it possible for me to do mentorships, and just cheering me on. My mamaâs the one that bought me my first camera because she knew how much I had grown to love taking pictures on my phone & I couldnât be more happy & grateful she did.
â˘
And Iâm grateful for an incredible teacher, mentor & friend () who has also cheered me on every step of the way. Even though she is busy as hell being a boss babe she will still take time to answer my questions or give tips, especially in a crisis!
â˘
I also couldnât be more grateful for those who have allowed & trusted me with taking their photos. Thank you for sticking by my side and making me a better photographer with each session. And to those of you who were here in very beginning, youâre the real ones for sticking by my side while I figured out my editing vibe (and how to use my camera on manual mode) Some of those early color edits were tragic. đ
â˘
Well this turned into a sappy post that I didnât intend it to be, but thanks need to be given to every one of you who have had a part in making this possible for me. I love you all.
