Hello friends! In this day and age it seems like everyone is photographer or knows one right? That’s great! There are so many options for different art styles, so many individuals creating art out of memories, that’s a beautiful thing.

But so many options can make it difficult to choose the right one for you! So heres little advice from behind the lens: choosing the right photographer for you (whatever your moment may be) comes down to a few key things that truly matter.

Here’s what I always encourage my clients to look for:

📸 1. Fall in love with their STYLE & QUALITY
Don’t just look at the highlight reel — ask to see full galleries. Do the images feel authentic and look the way you want to remember your day? Are the colors true-to-life or beautifully edited in a way you love? Do the emotions feel real? Your photos should feel like “you” the second you see them.

đź’° 2. Understand the PRICE and exactly what it includes
A great investment is clear and transparent. Look for packages that spell out coverage hours, number of photographers, travel fees, and any possible extras. Knowing there won’t be surprise costs later brings so much peace of mind.

đź’ł 3. Ask about PAYMENT OPTIONS
The best photographers want this to feel doable for you. Many of us offer payment plans, accept credit cards, or let you spread payments out over months. Never hesitate to ask — we’re here to make this work for you.
