The photographer in me is picky.

The woman in me is even pickier,
about my photos.

Over time, I’ve developed a tiny formula
to control the controllables:

Monochrome Outfit (timeless)
Minimal Jewelry (no distractions)
No Makeup (natural)
Barefoot Indoors (to keep it grounded)
A deep breath

Once I’ve done my part, the real strategy begins:

I hand my phone to my husband or kids,
ask for a few rapid-fire shots, and
hope at least one of them is a keeper. 😄

It works.
… Only sometimes. :)

A steady provider.
A woman who spent twenty years showing up,
even when showing up wasn't easy.

But there is always more to a woman
than the roles the world sees.

A young adult learning to live with depression.
An ambitious woman discovering
what burnout can quietly take from you.
Someone she deeply respected
made her question herself.

And then, her husband facing cancer.
Suddenly, tomorrow didn't feel guaranteed.

One is built through years of work.
The other is revealed through life.

We carry the deepest parts of who we are
into everything we do.

For years, she felt alone.
�In her marriage of over two decades.�
Raising two children.�
Carrying the weight quietly.

And then, she chose something different.

�She chose to build.

From that place of resilience,
she created a company rooted in
values-based leadership,
proving that integrity and commercial success
can walk hand in hand.

But she didn't stop there.

She founded a nonprofit for middle school girls,
giving them a Shark Tank–style space
to believe in their own ideas and voices.

Selling her first company wasn’t a finish line.

I didn’t have an answer for her.

as we grow.

It’s a leadership superpower.

Sarah Kerbeshian is a graceful connector.

She remembers your name,
your story, and the little things
you didn’t think anyone would notice.

It’s not just that she has spent decades in HR,
it’s that she embodies what
Human Resources can truly be about:

Humans. Relationships. Real care.

And behind the connector,
is a woman
whose own journey has shaped the way

Life has asked Sarah to hold a lot.

To stand beside her husband and his career,
