I've been a little quiet lately because life and photography kept me busy in all the best ways this weekend! It was packed with sessions, driving, and taking moments to breathe in between.

Sometimes I leave a session tired, sunburned, covered in grass stains, and with a memory card full of images - but somehow my heart always feels a little fuller than when I arrived. 🖤

This photo from my Dad + Me Model Call session this weekend is a reminder that the little moments are often the ones worth holding onto the most.

Sure, there's a lot of conversation these days about what AI can do in photography and creative work.

As a creative, I use AI too. It can be a helpful tool for supporting the creative process, but it's just that — a tool.

Because no amount of technology can replace a genuine laugh, a growing family, a milestone worth celebrating, or the people you love most.

Real is beautiful.
It's tender.
It's messy.
It's imperfect.
