Three years ago today, Chief Ernest Guerra was sworn in as Chief of Police for the City of Pleasanton- Pleasanton Police Department. Watching him lead our community with integrity, humility, and a servant's heart has been such a blessing.

As a photographer, I was honored to capture this portrait. As his daughter, it means even more. Getting to preserve moments like this for someone I look up to is something I'll never take for granted.

I'm so proud of everything you've accomplished over the last three years and even prouder to call you my dad.

Congratulations on your 3-year anniversary as Chief. Here's to many more years of serving the community you love. 💙🚔

Watching my brother and sister-in-law step into this new chapter has been such a gift, but getting to preserve it through my lens made it even more meaningful. There is nothing sweeter than documenting the people you love most.
