These are the moments that I want to bottle up and carry with me forever. All those little decisions culminating in a visual feast and a feeling that lasts.

Happy Anniversary to these icons that brought me along for their Ireland Wedding.

Our design process starts with real photos of your venue and the design elements. We layer them into renderings that show your ceremony, your tables, and your details as they will look on the day. More than words on a paper and a hope it will “come together”. Our goal is to show you how it will.

For this Vermont wedding, that meant samples from BBJ, sourcing the perfect lanterns, and testing lighting so that we created a space that let each guest know their presence was special. And you get to say yes to something you can already see. We handle everything it takes to make it real.

When our couples feel like they are walking by into their Visual Plan, that’s a job well done.

Let’s connect if you want a design plan you can see before you commit.

It is shocking how often we use the Pythagorean theorem as a wedding planner … what’s a surprising way math infiltrates your life?

10/15/2026

Behind the scenes, this one started on the cutting machine. A collection of watercolor flowers (and the iconic bird of paradise!) was trimmed precisely, then tucked into a napkin and set at every plate by hand. Small decisions, repeated at every seat, so your guests feel how special their presence is to you both.

A place card saves a seat, and it tells your people you thought of them. It also keeps dinner moving so you get to enjoy the meal you planned.

That is the work no one sees on the wedding day. It is how we protect your day, down to the smallest detail.

Let’s connect if you want a planner who sweats the details so you never have to.
